After the cattle is harvested, we carcass age for two weeks to reduce the moisture in the carcass before we flash freeze our products. Aging your beef in a well circulated room removes moisture, which leaves the beef with a stronger flavor. This ensures that the meat is ready to eat by the time it is delivered to you.

It may take some time to figure out the correct amount of meat to order every month, but ideally, you won't have to worry about what meat to buy at the market, and you'll have your monthly supply delivered straight to your door. All of our meat is vacuum packed and flash frozen in individual portions, so you can be flexible on how much meat to defrost every night depending on how many people you're cooking for. We also offer a one-time purchase for those that are uncomfortable subscribing.
